Our Company Has over 25 years experience in the heating and cooling business. All our employees and contractors are licensed and insured. Our goal is to make sure our customers are educated into making the right choice regarding installing, upgrading or repairing their home comfort systems. Our service comes with considerable overhead. All our technicians require training that would rival any professional.  To obtain a heating and cooling license in the state of Connecticut requires four years of apprenticeship plus two years of formal technical training.  Four additional years are required to obtain a contractors license.   Each technician is also equipped with a service vehicle, thousands of dollars in parts, tools, and uniforms.  We also insure all our technicians and subcontractors.  Therefore our current labor pricing structure is based on the following.

Scheduled Service call out within normal business hours (first hour of service)  =        $145.00

Additional labor required (after first hour) per hour.                                                        $  95.00

Engineering, Expert Diagnosis, Load Calculation, Layout—per hour                        $225.00

Holidays, Emergencies, Weekends unless scheduled additional cost
